Subject: Coordinating Meeting

The central executive committee will hold a meeting with members of State/Division Organizational Committees, Members of Parliament elect who are standing together with NLD, Central Women Working Committee and Youth Reform Committee at the Headquarters of NLD on 28^th and 29^th of April, 2009, according to the following regulations:

1. In so discussing, the CEC will submit a paper drafted by the CEC to the representatives. Only one representative from each the State/Division Organizational Committees is requested to speak in response of the paper.
2. Not more than five representatives including Chairperson and Secretary of State/Division Organizational Committees are to attend the meeting.
3. Respective State/Division Organizational Committees are requested to inform respective Members of Parliament elect to attend the meeting.
4. Three representatives each from Central Women Working Committee and Youth Reform Committee are to attend the meeting.
5. List of representatives are to be sent to U Thein Oo from Financial Department of NLD prior to the meeting before 28^th April.
